Why would Perry win ? Anyway, Cain has something going for him Perry does not. And that is Not being a professional politician.

Perry is just governor of the state of Texas, been reelected a few times, governing a state that is adding jobs and seeing a lot of corps moving to TX and the State of Texsa appears to love him.

This is a significant indication of how far his campaign for POTUS has gone. He is nearly insignificant. The guy can raise $1 billion, if he can't perform better at the debates he is toast. And since he has flopped at every single debate and threatening to get out of all the debates, I see no chance of that changing!
