after a year passed, they got about 100, 000 out of 300k that they KNEW about. They had an amnesty, got about 50k more. Another year went buy, they got about 20k more. Even tho it's an 8 year felony, over 100k didn't register. Now, they could register those rifles and target shoot or hunt all they want with them but they dont. they could have moved those rifles out of state, or sold or traded them off, but they didnt. The cops in CA dont DARE go try to take those rifles. The same thing will happen on the National level, if you manage to shove thru a federal law vs autorifles. YOu'll just create 10 million new felons, who wont comply, and who'll vote you out of office and 10,000 or so of whom will each kill 10 of you gungrabbing pos's. You're picking a fight that you have no hope of winning.
