The policyholder pays for the insurance.

What's the big deal in helping women get contraceptives that prevent unwanted pregnancies, which is a microscopic government giveaway compared to others and other spending? If they won't get them any other way, it is a very good thing.

Also sick days do not get paid back if you don't use them. Just like some people pto. Use them or lose them. That is why hubby has taken this week off. Because there is so many people booked the days off in late nov and Christmas time that this week was the only time. Don't have to worry about Christmas week his plant shuts down. But if you want paid that week you have to save some pto. His work gives a ton so it's not a problem.
