Nothing to see here...just more corruption and election rigging by the DemonRAT party! As Trump has said, you have to go with the announced results from Tuesday Nov 6. The ballot pool has been hopelessly polluted since then, and no legitimate vote count can be derived from the ballots today.

Civil rights attorneys arrived on last Thursday and demanded to see the inmates. They were not the inmates personal attorneys of record. The attorneys wanted to know if the inmates had received their absentee ballots in the mail. As these attorneys were not the inmates’ attorneys of record, Sheriff Scott Israel should not have granted them access to the inmates. Protocol would have the attorneys sign into the jail, yet there is no record.

The Deputy stated that the civil rights attorneys providedg the inmates with the narrative that they never received their absentee ballot. The liberal attorneys said the prisoners were denied the right to vote and they were to file a grievance with the deputies at the jail.

Nope I shall not read the gateway pundit, and I would say this belong in the conspiracy forum. Civil right attorneys should find out if absentee ballots were handed out too imates. If indeed they were denied the absentee ballots , then they should file a lawsuit.

Technically, they should be able to vote. So, they should have been sent a absentee ballot in the mail.

I'd like to know if this story is true, or if it is some deputy making crap up?

Should be easy enough to prove though, because when someone comes to see you in jail, they are logged in with the time and date. Same would apply to lawyers, so if this did happen, why not just release the visitor logs?

why shouldn't all the republicans make shit up, governor Scott is...? :dunno:

the whole thing is utter bull crap.... par for the course for Republicans....

Absentee's have to be requested, they are checked to see if the registered voter's address and name is on file as a registered voter, before they mail them out... they keep a list of who requested them... sigh...

Registering inmates is nothing new, Broward Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright said Saturday.

“The process is controlled by the Supervisor of Elections office,” she said. “It doesn’t have anything to do with the sheriff.”

Once eligible inmates are registered, absentee ballots are mailed directly to them in the jail and then returned to the supervisor’s office once they have voted, she said.

And they must be returned on time!

If you want to know how absentee ballots work in FL, here's a link to the official voter website. And, absentee ballots for those in the States have different requirements than military or civilians overseas, but here are the requirements for absentee ballots in the US.

Vote-by-Mail - Division of Elections - Florida Department of State

The deadline to request that a vote-by-mail ballot be mailed is no later than 5 p.m. on the 6th day before the election. However, the ballot must still be received by the Supervisor of Elections no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day if the voted ballot is to count. Exceptions exist for overseas military and civilian voters. See Military and Overseas Citizens Voting for further information.

Interesting...

More Provisional Ballots Found in Broward - The Floridian
***Update-Shortly after publishing this story, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and her team addressed the newly found provisional ballot box. In a press conferenced called to specifically address the matter, Snipes’ press secretary Dottie Joseph and Counsel Eugene K. Pettis said that the box was used to insert completed provisional ballots, but was also used as storage.

The boxes had a duel purpose. Pettis opened one sealed sample box that was being stored to show reporters the contents. That particular box was used to store office supplies, but when asked where the actual box in question was, Pettis could only say that the box was “still on the truck.”

He’s not a convicted felon yet. And you should be happy. One more Republican on your side.

Yep, post marked by the 6th....! Unless of course it is from the Military overseas then they get all the time they need, even past deadlines, like in the 2000 recount! ;)
