British criminal/s were efficient when they shot and killed man in cemetery...but guns?

They banned and confiscated guns in Britain....didn't they? At least British criminals who actually use their guns to commit murder were being efficient...they shot and killed this man.....with a gun or guns that are banned and confiscated......in a cemetery....
