On her Facebook page, Bond constantly posted photos of her doting on Bella. She writes in her “About” section, “Honesty is the best policy. I’d rather hear it from you then someone else. And don’t ask me questions you don’t want the honest answer to.” Bond adds that she’s single. Among her “Likes” arethe Stoner’s Cookbook and Social Security Disability Benefits.

In June 2011, a Rachelle Bond was arrested in Boston for possession of a class E drug with intent

Between 2001 and 2006, child welfare authorities terminated Bond's parental rights over two other children, an agency official said. One child remains in the custody of the maternal grandmother; the other was adopted by an unrelated family, according to the official.

The official said the agency provided services for Bella in August and December of 2012 and again in June and September of 2013 following neglect complaints regarding the child.

Apparently, this was a prime case of where welfare recipients should be tested for drugs, since that's undoubtedly how they financed their habit...

And in this case it could have saved an innocent child's life.
