I volunteer in a nursing home, and this guy has so many characteristics of our dementia patients, His wandering off like that is an example of the 'sundown syndrome". They really have try to limit Biden's schedule in the afternoon/evening. Anything after say 5:00 pm is guaranteed to be a disaster unless it is heavily scripted and people are chaperoning him.
