This is even worse than ACA. It keeps the individual mandate and removes guaranteed issue.

Just about anything would better than what they're trying to sell us. But it won't happen until we wise up and quit electing these tools.

Consumers were free to remedy the mistake of being over insured. Now they are compelled to perpetuate it.

Consumers were free to remedy the mistake of being over insured. Now they are compelled to perpetuate it.

And they didn't get taxed for not being insured.
