Why would those two get into an argument, let alone a fight? They're both good guys.

They have strong differences about what is acceptable action to fight crime. Batman uses darkness and fear to wage a very personal battle while Superman tries to live up to the highest ideals of righteousness. Batman is willing to hurt people, go against the law/government, etc. while Superman wants to play by the rules. They have clashed many times in the comics.

They are both 'good guys' and usually friends but they come at the world from very different perspectives.

Why would those two get into an argument, let alone a fight? They're both good guys.

They argue all the time and have fought several times actually. As one might expect it's usually a draw or Batman tricks Superman to somehow think he has won when he hasn't. The two are both crime fighters but their methods are in conflict. Batman is only sightly less brutal than the criminals themselves while Superman is a boy scout. Occasionally you will see a story line where Batman gets out of hand and the government sends Superman in to reign him back and all hell breaks loose.
