As Rasmussen reports in the following summary, President Obama remains more popular than his policies. The question is, do those who like him really like him or do they want to appear magnanimous and open minded?

If we all had it all to do over again how would the 2008 election have gone? Would McCain still be the GOP nominee? Would Obama be the Democrat nominee? Would Obama have won over McCain?

All these factors may strongly affect the 2010 and 2012 elections unless the economy turns around and it is all blue skies ahead on election day.

    What do you think?
