Turkish Prime Minister says: "We are proud of our young population", but population growth has decreased to 1.5%, by year 2038 Turkey could face aging demographic problems like Europe.
Target is 2.5% population growth to keep young population, so every woman should have 3 children.
Therefore Baby money will be introduced, allthough not stating any sums in the sources.

In 2006 was introduced first law.
1 born child = 6 months payment, each month 177 TL
Cumulative = 1.062 TL ( 692 $) per child born.
