Paul Weyrich - "I don't want everybody to vote" 1980
yep, now they just challenge you at the polls if you are black or brown
Paul Weyrich - "I don't want everybody to vote" 1980
I'd prefer illegal aliens and dead people not vote.
I was into Amway too around that time. Dexter Yager was the first person in Amway in Charlotte and became a multi millionaire in no time flat. He quit his job at Duke Power as an electrical engineer and gave his boss a new Rolls Royce for a farewell present. He had Paul Weyrich speak at a big Amway convention in the Coliseum here and I thought it was a religious convention the way everybody was slavishly worshipping money. I didn't last long in Amway, though about 20 years later my wife and I catered Dexter's daughter's wedding.
What you say, Kemosabe???
I remember him. He was a pretty good speaker. Lots of moral majority people did the Amway thing back then.

I don't think that has changed. Lacking empathy for one's victims is a requirement of success in pyramid schemes.
