North Korea is reportedly injecting fuel into its prepared rocket. If carried out quickly, it is said that the missile could be fired this weekend.
Japan has announced that it will intercept North Korea's missile once launched, and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has warned that a missile launch would be another act of provocation.
However, China and Russia have demanded the US and Japan to act with caution claiming that no justification exists for sanctions against North Korea.
Silence against North Korea's actions which threaten world peace only promotes their terrorist actions.
North Korean actions of launching missiles and acquiring nuclear weapons destroy world peace and order.
The actions of North Korea are truly incomprehensible. What does everyone else think?

Ya cause well Russia and China would NEVER support North Korea.

The fact that Japan has threatened to shoot it down is readily available. The Fact that Clinton said launching the missile was a provocation is also a matter of public record.

So I assume you doubt that Russia or China would side with North Korea? Do you base this on all the times before these two countries have "never" helped North Korea?

Japan has said it MIGHT shoot it down
i have not seen a report where they said they WILL
