Army Dress Uniforms Changing Back To The Future

I heard they were going with this instead.

I think is a great idea!

"The U.S. Army is going back to the iconic “Army Greens” uniform worn by the “Greatest Generation” in World War II."

A bit of retro style! :2up: Love it! :salute:

I'm surprised they haven't copied the Star Trek uniforms yet in their inane attempts at attracting volunteers.

Just reinstate the draft already and hand them overalls..

Haha I gained 30 lbs in my a-school and other training after (I was like 6-3 170 going in, it wasn't fat). My dress unis never fit after boot camp. Had to buy another set in A school and wore them twice there for inspection, twice in my follow up training, and once at the end of my enlistment.

Funny thing was when I joined they were phasing out dungarees for utilities. So I got one set of dungarees and 3 or so of the regular utilities. Didn't wear those either after a school.

Like thanks for filling my seabag 70% full of uniforms I'll never need again lol.
