With a Bike, it runs as fast and as hard as I like. If I want a long steady ride, it's fine with it. If I want a quick jab-and stab ride, it doesn't complain when it only lasts 6 minutes.
havent been an a bike since myself and bike had a close encounter with chain lick fence...been 4 years and am getting the itch again...chain link fences suck when you are doing 55ish
I used to ride my bicycle, but I let it retire one year ago, after I started walking to my office and home. I think the latter one is a good way to keep in shape
