South Korean national Seung Hui Cho killed himself in 2007 after murdering 32 people in the worst school shooting in history in Va. Tech, Blacksburg Va. Investigators say he had something called a "permanent resident status". A couple of days ago another South Korean national named One L. Goh, 43 years old, was apprehended after killing 7 people in an Oakland, Ca. university. The A.P. story doesn't indicate his immigration status. The A.P. seems to be building a insanity case for Goh by relating all the personal problems the poor South Korean was going through.
