I realize that once the NYT was purchased by Carlos Slim, they would be running overtime to defend his banking/telecom monopolies which survive on calls home and remittances sent by illegals, but when I see studies like this, I just go ballistic.

The NY taxpayer is spending BILLIONS per year solely to educate illegal alien children, and the scumbag media and its far left allies in the national democratic party and obama do their best to obscure it:

There r over 80 different "assistant policies" set up for these buzzards, n left wAnts more. I watch good guys lose their job everyday due to oilfield cutbacks, guys who r the best at their trade. U know who replaces them, someone who can't speak English, don't want to learn English, can barely do the job, n 90% of the time someone has to fix what they fucked up. It's both sides, the left left n right r at fault, no it's our fault, we keep voting in more n more government.
