Why even have a 911 system if this is the response time? I suspect affirmative action quotas and unions have something to do with this piss poor performance by city government. Good job liberals. Another Democrat controlled city has become a disgrace.

..since the government doesn't care if it goes into huge debt--as it is now---they don't really care/don't have to care if their workers are efficient as a private company has to care
..my dad worked for the government as a civilian....something to do with purchasing for the Army...he would tell me stories of how some of the civilian workers were inept/lazy/sleeping on the job/etc..

..affirmative action is a major problem as we see blacks graduate high school at lower levels--then less are qualified for college--and they graduate college at lower levels--yet they are over represented in the federal workforce--
