The problem for the left is that the base isn't capable of defending what comes from the media [look at the verbal beatings they take here] because the intent is to allow/give the base some words to parrot that have no real meaning to those with academic educations so. thus making censorship the only viable option.
It's a shame, there was a time [60's and 70's]when we owned the debate floor, then republicans decided to give their children academic educations while we had social educations forced on us...
...now most of the base cannot form a thought that did not come through the TV first, most have no idea what an analogy is or how it works, and logic is openly met with disdain.
