Because everyone knows wealth is better concentrated in the hands of a very few. This is the purpose of Republican Policies. Being rich makes you uniquely qualified to govern. People who aren't very rich have fewer morals. They aren't as smart and they don't know how to run the country. Republicans have taught us that.
