Federal judge declares some Texas abortion restrictions unconstitutional, blocks enforcement - The Washington Post.

U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel has ruled the new Texas Abortion Law Unconstitutional on the grounds that the law creates an undo obstacle to women in Texas seeking Abortion.

Democratic State Senator and candidate for Governor of Texas Wendy Davis filibustered the original law.

While Texas Governor and failed Presidential wanna Rick Perry did call a second special session of the Texas Senate to pass the law, the law has since been challenged and now has been ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!

Davis wins with the blood of the innocent on her.

To the left, this is a win.

We know the RW doesn't want to give women the power to control their own bodies.

The only control you give over her own body or her ability to profit from her own labor is access to an abortion. To claim you give her control over her body is shallow and one dimensional.

So they'd better get out their wallets if the ruling doesn't stick. Lots and lots of illegitimate children will be born and they will need care for at least 18 years.

in case you didn't know....Texas has jobs....the parents can work...

go right ahead and control your own body......but leave the BABY'S body alone....:eusa_hand:

This has got to be the stupidest comment on this board....ever.

Unless you think babies are hatched in incubators under incandescent lights from the harvested eggs of unconscious teenage girls owned by sex slaves.

Let's pass a law in Texas that all women need to be married and gainfully employed or else show financial responsibility before becoming sexually active.

And they have to have better jobs than McD's or Walmart since they don't pay a living wage must less support a family.

That will take care of the problem and keep government in Texas small.

You write it up, Screeching Parakeet, and send it to your Texas represetative.

Not too shocking. Lets see what the appeals courts have to say about it. Furthermore and most important will be the 20 week rule and the surgical center requirement.

Yep,
and children being raised in single parent families typically turn out to be troubled and likely to join gangs.

Birth control is good for America.

And further to that new Texas law, unmarried men are no longer allowed to have sex.

Likin' your logic so far, buttheads?

These incredibly dense posters either have never had sex in their life or they are so fucking old they forgot how it works and who is doing it.....or both.

I don't normally do more than laugh at your posts, but you seem to be an expert in pent up sexual frustration so I think we should consider this one.

It's their logic, not mine. They want only employed married people to have sex and bear children. You know what other country has this policy? China.
