    AFC- Indy and SD look tough

    NFC- Philly and GB are hot, Minn and NO are looking shaky

    Its not like years gone by, there isn't a lot of seperation in the top teams anymore.

    Right now it seems like who is the hottest team in the playoffs. Season record does not count for much

    In spite of the overall record, the NFC appears to have stronger teams at the top. It is going to take 11 wins to make the playoffs in the NFC, looks like only 9 wins for an AFC berth
