AFC/NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

Are you really dumb enough to think the NFL is fixed? Before you answer think about how many people would have to keep that a secret
LOL, 32-GB=31. And each one of those has a controlling interest in their franchise--save GB and they are easy to circumvent.

Agreed. Some PROP bets or over unders could be rigged by only a few people or one player on a prop number.

But many games over a season? It would be tough. Big market teams used to get all favorable calls. Not sure anymore since replay.

I heard something about College NCAABB under investigation for a large numer

Never say never. Something has been going on in Basketball and MLB. Wherever you have deep state democrats or uniparty is to be watched closely.

NCAA basketball is under investigation due to a federal indictment involving a widespread point-shaving and game-fixing scheme in NCAA Division I men’s basketball. Federal prosecutors unsealed charges against 26 individuals, including former NBA player Antonio Blakeney, high-stakes gamblers, trainers, and players from over 17 D-I schools, such as Kennesaw State, Eastern Michigan, La Salle, and Tulane.

The scheme, active from September 2022 to February 2025, involved bribing players between $10,000 and $30,000 per game to fail to cover betting spreads. The fixers targeted underdog teams and players with limited NIL opportunities, making them more susceptible to bribes. Some players, like Simeon Cottle (Kennesaw State) and Carlos Hart (Eastern Michigan), were suspended after being named in the indictment.

Bets were placed at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia, and the charges include bribery, wire fraud, and conspiracy. The FBI and DOJ emphasized that this case threatens the integrity of collegiate sports. NCAA President Charlie Baker stated the organization had ongoing or completed investigations into most of the teams involved.

The NCAA has previously found 11 players from seven schools involved in betting on their own games or sharing insider information. In response, the NCAA has opposed allowing athletes to bet on professional sports and is lobbying to ban prop bets in several states.

After a big 3rd down stop, Woolen runs his mouth to Stafford and the Rams sideline, gets a penalty that results in an automatic first down for the Rams.

What does Stafford do on the next play? Goes right after Woolen for a touchdown to Puka. Haha, cold-blooded. You have to admire Stafford.

It has been a fun game to watch.

I'm not really routing for one team over the other, though.

I expected Seattle to stomp LA...

There's a few playoff games I'd like to watch again just because they were equally very fun games to watch. But I don't know if I have to join some NFL network or something. Youtube full game highlights are sometimes okay, I guess.

If LA has no timeouts...and SEA kneels 4 times? That is 160sec.

Far more than 120sec. Game over.

How come it didn't work? Oh first down is no time? That (3X) is still 120sec + execution time.

It's unfortunate that he spent so much time in Detroit.

Did not watch denver and NE but apparently they had some heavy snow
explains the 10-7 score

Denver kicker could have tied it but it got blocked, wow you don't see that very often anymore

Shitty weather.

Shitty game. First the NFL stupidly lets one team play white on white on a day they know snow is moving in, you could hardly see the Pats on the field, then the lack of contrast makes all of the digital graphics malfunction--- half the time it looked like players were transparent and you could see the field lines through them. Throw in more of the requisite bad calls by the Refs, and you have yet another overpriced, over-hyped game by the NFL.

We'll see. I like the Rams over the Pats, but I think that Seattle can whip their ***** asses.

That one Seattle player (21 or 27) almost cost them the game. Seattle had it pretty well sewed up, it was 4th and 8, Rams were ready to punt, and this idiot goes running down the LA sideline taunting the players right in front of the Ref. I hate taunting calls, but they got one, it gave LA another 1st down: next play, they go in for a TD, otherwise, the game would not nearly been as close.

15th post
Patriots will win the SB.

Color me skeptical--- the Pats just went up against a team that had just lost their star QB for a guy who has sat on a bench collecting splinters the past year, and the Pats just barely beat them by a FG despite their only scoring 7 points.

The Seahawks look like a bunch of men on a mission.

1. New England @ Denver:
- Denver has a great D and an anonymous QB... NE has a very good D and a very good QB, which suggests a great offense, yet they're away. Give me the Broncos.
2. LA Rams @ Seattle:
- I'll go with the home team in this battle, Give me the Seahawks.
I was wrong. I said Denver would have no chance without Bo Nix. Must be a damn good team for them to have still competed with New England who seemed like a juggernot until yesterday. Now I pick Seattle to win it all.

I love Matthew Stafford but as a Lion's fan, it kills me to see him winning somewhere else. It makes me angry. So I'm torn when I watch him play.

Seahawks vs Patriots should be a good matchup.

I’m rooting for Seattle. Heck of a story Sam Darnold is.
