Accesskeys and mark forums read in alternate skin

I bet even the admin is wondering WTF I am talking about with the accesskeys. I switched to the US v1 style in order to see if it hides the notifications. vBulletin has a keyboard shortcut that opens the Quick Links drop down menu (Alt+Shift+3 in Firefox, Shift+3 in Chrome) that is not there in the other skin. When I opened the menu manually and clicked on Mark Forums Read link I get this error.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Since this was unexpected, and I don't like it, I am informing you, and switching back to the default US v2 style.
