Both threaten the other if there is a repeat gas attack & repeat retaliation.

Act III - coming soon. Will Vlad & Donnie kiss & make up by agreeing to fight ISIS together hand in hand? Will we need to move more vessels into the gulf? Will Ivanka & Putin's girlfriend go shopping together again & work out as deal over a mojito? When the dust settles, will we find that this sanctions are gone? Assad's downfall for Exxon's Russia deal?
