in 2000, after Horny Bill Clinton announced a deal with Smith & Wesson that would include putting locks on handguns and implementing smart-gun technology, the NRA branded the company "the first gun maker to run up the white flag of surrender and duck behind the Clinton-Gore regime." they called for a boycott of Smith & Wesson. S&W eventually backed out of the deal.

in 2013, Supercilious Barack Obama nominated Vivek Murthy for surgeon general. Murthy was well qualified and bore not a whiff of personal scandal. the NRA focused on his support for an assault-weapons ban a tweet he sent out shortly after the Aurora shooting: "Tired of politicians playing politics w/guns putting lives at risk because they're scared of the NRA. Guns are a health care issue"

it took more than a year for him to be confirmed by the narrowest of margins, after the NRA rallied its members by calling him the most politically active surgeon general nominee ever.

So the entire left and corrupt liberal media can attack our right to keep and bare arms and we are not allowed to fight back? I think you forget its American citizens who contribute to the NRA and expect the NRA to use those contributions to represent us. Its not the NRA gun control advocates are are fighting, its the American people.

So what? They did the job I joined them to do. Thank you NRA.

Progressive need their own country where only the government has guns and they can use their police state power to spy on their political enemies.

You lost the last election, we how fucking evil you are and you have planned, shutting the fuck up would have been your best course of action

"Following the firebombing of his house in 1956, Dr. Martin Luther King, who was, among other things, a Christian minister, applied for a gun permit, but the Alabama authorities found him unsuitable."
