Since you and your world are ineffable,
what are you holding onto?

Shatter the rigidity of mind with the view.

Since the waves of all experiences
are the ocean of awareness,
Why are you selective?

Let go of preferences
in lucid meditation.

Since all the movements of your activities
are but the gesture of a single truth,
What is spiritual and what is not?

Enjoy the dance.

Since the goal is ever present
as the way of abiding,
which is the path you're on,
Where else could you go?

Hopes and fears dissolve
in wakeful luminosity.

Hmm. I agree that Tibetan Buddhist Lamas live their awareness.

I'm not a close student of the Dalai Lama, although I have met him and I have received teachings from him.
