Artist designs a pregnant baby doll, see: Artist creates 'creepy' pregnant doll

"Toys intrinsically train girls to have and care for children while they are still only children themselves. If you look in any toy catalogue the girls section is wall-to-wall babies and prams, make-up kits, kitchen sets and hoovers." Adding "We complain that children are growing up too quick, getting pregnant too early, when the only toys we give them teach kids to act like adults and prepare to have babies."

What do you guys think? Help tool, or encouragement?

I think the artist could be making a statement on today's sex education results, Mr. Aristotle. ;)

I hate baby dolls. Always did. I also hate the notion that all boys should be given sports equipment. Some kids are more bookish.

All kids should be shown all avenues. Boys should be comfortable with household chores and girls should know how to tune up a car. They should both be given the opportunity to try different sports as well as different types of arts programs.

Reminds me of the plot of a horror movie...something about genetically altered plastic? I picture parents covering the the eyes of their kids rolling down the toy aisle.
