This is getting really interesting.

"That's why there is an action called a Bivens action. That is to go after a federal investigator that violates someone's constitutional rights. It's specific for that occasion and I hope is he looking at it strongly," said Tolman, an attorney who served as a federal prosecutor in Utah from 2006 to 2009.
Flynn’s lawyers said this week that newly uncovered notes from former FBI official Peter Strzok indicate then-FBI Director James Comey appeared to downplay Flynn’s calls during the presidential transition with Russia's ambassador as “legit” during a meeting where then-President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden also weighed in....
On Wednesday, after a federal appeals court ordered Flynn’s case be dismissed, Powell filed the notes and claimed they produced “further stunning and exculpatory evidence” that was previously withheld from Flynn. Tolman concurred, saying that it points to the highest levels of the FBI, including former Director James Comey and his deputy, Andrew McCabe.
"That should concern everyone that they still, somehow, found a way to manipulate a case and bring it when they deemed his underlying action as being legitimate," said Tolman, explaining that McCabe "saved the case from being dismissed."

"Flynn needs to leave the country before January if he wants to stay out of prison"

This idiot is just actively promoting Banana Republic Political Persecution.
Ya can't make it up.

From the article:
"That should concern everyone that they still, somehow, found a way to manipulate a case and bring it when they deemed his underlying action as being legitimate," said Tolman, explaining that McCabe "saved the case from being dismissed."

This prosecutor must know that lying to the FBI remains a crime if there is no underlying offense. So this man's point is completely irrelevant. This article is so vague and lacks opposing opinion, it's the typical garbage from Fox News. It even uncritically quotes Powell, as if she matters much.

As for complaining about manipulation of the case from high levels of the government, that's exactly what we've seen from the Trump administration.

I don't know how you remain so fucking ignorant
As disclosed by the FBI - Flynn never lied to the FBI

What lie and what crime?

Do we really need to say it? I mean, it's been going on for years.

Flynn said he didn't talk to Kislyak about sanctions.
He definitely talked to Kislyak about sanctions.

There ya go. That's the lie. It's illegal.

As disclosed by the FBI - Flynn never lied to the FBI

Factually incorrect. Flynn definitely lied. He said he didn't talk about sanctions. He did indeed talk about sanctions. The FBI never claimed otherwise.

He did not say that - the end.

Didn't say what exactly? There's two conversations, one with Kislyak, one with the FBI.

The transcript from the call to Kislyak published by the Trump admin says he talked Sanctions.

The notes and 302 from the FBI agents say he denied it.

So he did say that. On both accounts.

The end.

Incorrect -
The original 302's indicated that he didn't remember whether or not sanctions were brought up.

I have explained this to you personally before - your hatred for Patriotic American's seem to not allow you to understand.
You have little to no credibility here - this hill makes no sense to die on.

Nope. The original 302 did not say that. This is the original 302:

I dismiss you.
You failed, yet again, so you're running away. Which is how this usually goes. When I point out your BS, you stop off without backing any of it up.

That's how weak you are.
