I don't think you understand what capitalism is. Ford Motor Company was a capitalist enterprise created to make a profit and it did very well.

Henry Ford was accused of a great many things from being a hard nose Capitalist to being a Socialists to be a Nazi.

What he really did was create a successful business by managing capital, innovating assembly line work and paying competitive wages to his workforce. Good business model for the day.

The filthy ass government did not dictate his wages nor did a greedy union intimidate him into paying bloated wages.

Back when I graduated high school, I must have received dozens of brochures from the military advertising their branch as not only a job, but a career. Colleges came calling as well. Churches and missions sent letters too. It was, frankly, very flattering. You know what I received from unions? Not one scrap of any sort of information at all. Their recruitment efforts are almost non-existent unless there are TV cameras on and they are trying to convince fast food workers that they should make $15 an hour... Ridiculous.
