Good for gramps. A .380 is probably something the old guy felt he could handle tho. If that is why he didn't have a bigger cal. sidearm then I commend him on the decision, as perhaps with arthritis and less then steady hands at his age, something bigger may throw off shot placement and hit a bystander.
