The Senate on Monday failed to advance four separate measures aimed at curbing gun sales, the latest display of congressional inaction after a mass shooting.

You mean the Senate actually OBEYED the 2nd amendment???

I wondered if they finally noticed that no so-called "gun control law" has ever reduced the gun-crime rate? They have all been completely ineffective.

Possibly excepting one: Far more mass murders (including Orlando, Virginia Tech, the Aurora theater murderer, etc.) took place in so-called "gun free zones". Places where the murderer knew he could blaze way for as long as he wanted without anyone being able to stop him.

"Gun Free Zones" have been effective: They have provided the mass murderers the free-fire zones they wanted, to rack up huge body counts and get the lurid headlines they wanted to leave behind after they were dead.

This is wonderful news. Infringing on people's rights is never a good idea. And these bills would have done absolutely nothing to reduce gun violence.

Facts? Compare Mass wh Arizona . Same population , both have big cities . One gun nut state one gun control . See who does better .
