A friend of mine were talking about the League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie. Then we came up with the idea of who would compose a 20th century league. We limited ourselves to heroes that were wrote about in book form, no comic book or movie heroes (If they came out in a comic or movie form first they're not acceptable), and each character has to come from a different author. We came up with the following list...
Doc Savage
Tarzan
James Bond
Jason Bourne
Woodrow Wilson Smith - Lazerous Long
Roland - Gunslinger from Dark Tower
Hercule Poirot
Lisbeth Salander - Computer expert - The girl with the dragon tatoo
Then there's the bad guy using the same standards. The bad guy could be just one or a team, using the same standards...
