Imo the key, or common thread, to the activity is Mueller 1) isn't hiding the fact that he's looking into Trump - Russia finances going back beyond 2015, because that would entail any moneylaudering, although it is not explicitly illegal for Trump or anyone to sell stock or a share in some building to someone using dirty money so long as the person has not broken US laws in "earning" it or not paying taxes on it; 2) Hope Hicks. She's been with Trump longer than anyone in the WH (hopefully not Biblicly, although we can assume the worst) and she's right in the center of any communication between Trump and Stone Assange Russians, and imo she's always been the most likely to "go down" for perjury.

Doesn't that loans to the Javanka thing deserve it's own thread. I mean, how can that possibly be legal? It's so over the top.

They’re also pursuing Trump’s attempts to fire Sessions as part of a pattern of behaviour in their obstruction investigation.
