Why would he be charged? Louisiana ain't Minnesota.

If the guy was still in the house when shot, there wouldn't have been a charge here in the state of Tennessee either from what I have heard said about the laws here.

What many do not understand it is the Federal Government operating under the mandate of civil rights that determines whether anyone killing a Negroid will be charged....not the various states.

If there is even the slightest evidence the shooter might be racist they will prosecute. .....and depending on how the media reacts they may not even have any evidence whatsoever of racism in order to indict.

We see it time and again aka Zimmerman etc.

In a nutshell it is the media and the Feds that decide who will or will not be charged in a case of a black getting killed by a white.

If anyone is forced to kill a negro in self defense they better not have anything on their computer or elsewhere indicating they might not like blacks....and still they will be in a very dangerous situation...simply because the media and the feds will in most cases side with the black victim.

Aka....the politics of black victimhood.
