I'm saying we should divest from China until they truly stop their tech theft. We also have policies in things like the auto industry that have resulted in jobs being moved here. For example, many foreign automakers have plants in the US now due to requirements for a certain percentage of assembly being done here to avoid tariffs. The same kind of policies could be applied to other manufacturing industries.
