That doesn't prevent 2Aguy from siding with the shooter and his claim of self defense.

I find it more interesting that a booklet has been printed and is offered to everybody free. This will encourage more shootings by shooters who may have had doubts of being found innocent on account of a claim of self defense.

Or in other words, kill a person if you're confident that you can get away with it.

So can almost any semi-auto pistol. So can a Ruger 10/22 with an extended magazine.
