The 2024 World SBK racing season will be the end for KRT, the factory racing team.
Bimota will return to SBK in the new partnership with Kawasaki. This new venture will feature the ZX-10RR Kawasaki engine in the Bimota (Rimini) chassis.
It will then be called Bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team.

The last time Bimota competed in World SBK was 2013. The engine used was a BMW S1000 RR

The pic below is the Australian Anthony Gobert (RIP) on a Suzuki powered TLR 1000 SB8-R which was in 2000 at Phillip Island and Bimoto's most recent SBK win.

Good luck with the Kawasaki effort. I doubt they can perform as well as Ducati and BMW are this season.
