Conversely, the Trump Russian collusion scandal was broadcast on every media outlet 24/7 for 3 long years at taxpayer expense, with nothing to show for it as the media continually said there was overwhelming evidence when there was none. This had to have a negative effect on him losing in 2020.

The DNC did not even bother trying to impeach him over that as they shifted to something else.
