2. The hand count in AZ goes forward and Americans see that too. Right now the prosecutor is threatening criminal charges is the hand count goes forward. Huh, now why would that be?

I think Arizona election law requires the candidate to pay for a hand recount if they want one....if the candidate pays, Arizona law allows it.Does the candidate pay for it or not? This is contradictory.
