Montana Supreme Court Nixes Extremist Anti Abortion laws, Citing onstitutional Privacy Rights

LOL, you would believe anything. No one waits that long. If it did happen ever, it would be to save the mother's life on an extreme regency.
7 States allow abortion up to the last minute, and many are pondering the legalization of post-birth abortion.

Taking one life for another isn't ethical. Let nature take its course.

* No Longer Your Private Property *

Let us know when the private property semen was not transferred willingly .

The zygote , embryo and fetus are without constitutional protections and are private property of the mother .
And when a man willingly fires a bullet into a woman and it pierces her heart and she dies, it’s all part of her body now and he has no rights or obligations, correct? No concern over the consequences of the property transfer. It’s all merely property rights.

What emergencies? Killing a perfectly healthy baby is justified to save an unhealthy person? Please try to use that little pea brain of yours.
These abortions are very rare and if you'd bother to look up the facts. Most of these women had planned to have a child. So you're just being a total ass saying they are " unhealthy ", half the time it is the fetus that is " unhealthy.
