“I Cannot Afford To Live”: Americans Get Emotional As The U.S. Economy Goes Off The Rails

It's this simple. If you don't like the middle class policies Biden has passed, if you aren't in support of unions and if you refuse to go after illegal employers, then you really aren't serious about helping blue collar workers. You know, the ones hurting the most?

/——/ Oh stop with the hyperbole. It’s tiresome. Do better.

I'm serious. The economy is great but you think unemployment is high and the stock market is down. And you think we are in a recession. All of that's wrong.

The people hurting the most are blue collar. The blue collar who are doing the best are in unions. They are insisting their companies pay them a fair wage. And that's bringing everyone's wages up.

The inflation Trump caused is why the feds are raising interest rates. Ask Christie or DeSantis.

What is hyperbole about this?

Yes, something is definitely wrong with America. If you aren't well to do.

Household wealth swelled at a record pace during the pandemic. From 2019 to 2022, the median net worth of American families jumped 37% to $192,900, after adjusting for inflation. It’s the largest increase ever recorded by the federal Survey of Consumer Finances, released last fall. Surging home values and rising stock ownership fed the surge.

If you’re a 50-something and you’re not worth a cool $1 million, do not despair. Those numbers are averages, and the super-rich drive them waaaay up.

So what are you going to do for these blue collar workers? You want to pay them more? No you don't. That will just cause inflation. The companies will just pass on the cost to you the consumer. So what is your solution? To make things cheaper for blue collar? How you gonna make their landlord lower the rent?

/----/ "The economy is great but you think unemployment is high and the stock market is down." Again with the hyperbole --- or maybe a strawman argument. When have I ever said that? I'll tell you ---NEVER.

We can't lower prices. Trying to blame President Trump for the inflation caused by President Biden's handlers is just goofy, and you look desperate.
