And, but for them, the toxic mortgage crisis of 2008, the financial system could have weathered the storm, but with the default swaps, forced a too big to fail gov bailout. But for the act that Clinton signed, there was a good chance that that bail out wouldn't have been necessary.

1. You should have voted Nikki over Biden, that is a "no-brainer" Biden is too old. His judgement is obviously impaired.
