As soon as you here Joe Biden say "I want Tax Fairness" you know it means everyone except the poor, will pay more in taxes.

“Tax fairness is central to the president’s approach to building an economy that works for all Americans — where growth is broadly shared, everyone has a fair shot and we reduce fiscal risks and keep our commitments to seniors,” she said.
In her speech, Brainard underscored Biden’s pledge to not raise taxes on families making $400,000 or less a year. She outlined the president’s plans for individuals and companies, including boosting a stock-buyback tax from 1% to 4% in order to “encourage corporations to invest in their workers and the broader economy, rather than payouts to investors.”
Joe Biden said when he first got in that no one under $400,000 would pay more in taxes, yet all working class Americans ended up paying more in taxes. Made energy prices double so it was harder to fill up your gas tanks, all in the name of giving Green Energy CEO's billions of our tax dollars, making those guy very rich. Then food prices started to rise, another tax on the middleclass, as their spending power got a lot less and so did the meals eaten by the family. Nothing the left says, is true, they lie all the time, and when you hear that Joe Biden wants to raise taxes, better hold onto your wallet, because it is the theft of America middleclass that is happening during this regime.

Yet, President Biden is pledging to not raise taxes on families making $400,000 or less a year.

facts matter --
And you believe Biden's pledge? By letting Trump's tax cuts expire, he's raising taxes on 70% of Americans. That breaks the pledge. An $85,000 income will pay thousands more in income taxes a year. I can see you don't exactly get it. MAGA

Cuts Taxes for Working Families and the Middle-Class

President Biden’s tax cuts cut child poverty in half in 2021 and are saving millions of people an average of about $800 per year in health insurance premiums today. Going forward, in addition to honoring his pledge not to raise taxes on anyone earning less than $400,000 annually, President Biden’s tax plan would cut taxes for middle- and low-income Americans by $765 billion over 10 years. The President’s Budget:

Increases the Child Tax Credit for 66 Million Children.
The American Rescue Plan’s expansion of the Child Tax Credit helped cut child poverty nearly in half to a historic low and narrowed racial disparities in access to the credit in 2021. The President’s Budget would restore the expanded Child Tax Credit, lifting 3 million children out of poverty and cutting taxes by an average of $2,600 for 39 million low- and middle-income families that include 66 million children. This includes 18 million children in low-income families who would be newly eligible for the full credit, and 2 million children living with a caregiver who is at least 60 years old. It would also provide breathing room for day-to-day expenses by allowing families to receive their tax credit through monthly payments.

Cuts Taxes for 19 Million Working-class Americans. By strengthening the Earned Income Tax Credit for low-paid workers who aren’t raising a child in their home, the President’s Budget would cut taxes by an average of $800 for 19 million working individuals or couples. That includes 2 million older workers age 65 and older and 5 million young adults age 18 to 24 who would be newly eligible for the credit.

So, what's wrong w/that OP?

Remember, to whom much is given, of him much shall be required.

It's the Christian thing to do.

Tax cuts and jobs act expiration will raise taxes on families making as low as $75,000/yr

Sure….how much do those rich people give to charity each year? I’m sure they give “much”

We are all already paying higher taxes in the form of sales tax.
Record CPI = higher prices, equals higher sales tax.
If you spend $1000 with a 7% tax rate - that is $70 in taxes.
But through inflation that is now $1300 - that is $21 more in taxes.
Same for fuel taxes.

that's only part of the story. So keep lying through omission. Or worse, thorough ignorance.
He keeps saying they are going to raise taxes on the rich to pay for it, but they never will. Democrats like campaign donations too.

He will sunset the tax cuts, taxes will go up on everyone and dems will try to find a way to blame it on republicans.

Yes. It is only a part of the story. Americans are already paying much more in taxes under the Biden politburo. Those taxes appear in the form of Biden’s government spending which goes on forever. Deficits, higher inflation and a higher cost of living is the result of those taxes.

There's more than $559 Billion in student loans to 'cancel,' the latest, new, green boondoggle to lose money on, millions of illegal aliens who will demand 'free' lifetime taxpayer benefits, billions for Ukraine, and taxpayers now paying more on interest cost from Biden’s spending than they do on defense. And…. there are always more bureaucrats to hire, thousands and thousands of bureaucrats...

Biden wants more taxes because he has borrowed 3 times as much money as Trump, and the pandemic is over - and he wants to forgive $700 billion in student loans at the same time.
He is 100% making all the same mistakes as Japan that will deflate the value of the dollar to a point that inflation will come back - absolutely inevitable - and it will increase more than 2023.
That is unavoidable. You can't continue this maddening spend habits, and double down with it by forgiving debts and there be no economic response to that.

I paid $3.26 for gas yesterday. Prices have not doubled.

That noted, he completely failed with his tax promises. Taxes went up for many outside of those he promised to make pay their share. The rich.
