Reviewing the electoral procedures in the Republic of Zambia, they are about s Racist as they can be. Not just one, but TWO forms of ID are required, this has to be an insurmountable barrier for African American voters who might want to cast ballots throughout the nation.
Further, indelible ink is applied to voters' thumbs, presumably to prevent "voter fraud", a myth propagated by Racists.
A lot of voter suppression going on in Lusaka.
