personally i like to train heavy, with plenty of recovery time between sessions.
i now have much bigger biceps, and i'm losing weight rapidly thanks to a lifestyle of 'intermittent fasting' (google that yourself if interested).

You can build your biceps daily without heavy weights using 30 to 40 lbs. on a curl bar.
