I never have to get myself a gift, because my husband always gets me whatever it is I really want. This year, he bought me a psaltery. It's a small lap harp, for those of you not up on medieval musical instruments.

I got this for my daughter for her birthday, but since I get to go with her, it's like a Christmas present to myself.

I haven't bought myself anything for xmas, and I havent bought anyone anything either....some people at work were going on and on about getting there shopping done, and I was like there's plenty of time, and they looked at me like i was crazy, then I realized its in like 9 days or so eh?
