You People Who Think Separation of Church and State is Possible.......How Do You Reconcile Abortion??

Oh, now's the portion of the thread where you just make up obviously untrue accusations and jerk off to them.

Please, don't post pics.

You're not good. You're a malignancy.
You obviously don't mind if we go Communist, because that's where we're headed and you're fine with it.
Always some sexual innuendo with atheists.
Constantly. That and profanity.

This is where I turn you loose, amigo. Have a nice Thanksgiving.

I can't answer that, as that's something I've never done.

But, again, your thought process goes straight to "porn", so feel free to enlighten us as to what would happen.

Here's the rub, numbnuts: To get the piece of shit "christian nation" yuo so desperately need, you would have to gut the 1st Amendment, and that's simply never going to happen. You're too chickenshit to admit that's what you would advocate, but you would. Everyone knows it.

Zealots like you are exactly where you need to be: on the fringes of decent society which no one really gives a fuck about, free to live out your days and die without decent people so much as noticing or really giving a fuck...
I picked porn because porn is the sacrament of atheism; the two are closely related.

And once again, all you have is sexual innuendo and profanity, rather than debate. Just like the other atheist guy I just dismissed. We're done. You have no interest in discussion or conversation. Have a good Thanksgiving.

I think where Libertarians miss the mark is they think you can have a great conservative government without God. That is impossible and has never been done. All atheist regimes are evil. Without exception. The reason for that is: the basis for a great conservative government is unselfishness. It is people eschewing personal power for the good of all. But atheism is selfish and hedonistic at its core, and has an insatiable appetite for absolute power and control. Again, without exception in this history of the world.

The ideal mix of government is capitalism and Christianity. You have freedom coupled with the desire to voluntarily help others along. You have public officials whose goal is not personal power, but the benefit of all.

Bullshit. You're picking porn because you have a porn problem you can't successfully wrestle with. Admit it, zealot. Own it...

Sexual inuendo?

Dude, you're the idiot who keeps bringing up porn.

You're a bad christian, or you're actually no christian at all...

Don't trip on your tail as you tuck it between your legs while you run away.

I've asked you, numerous times, what the penalty would be for denouncing christianity or for calling Jesus a shitbag, and you haven't actually answered it. Instead you answer with a question which I couldn't possibly know the answer to (but to which you apparently know the answer), so save your zealot douchebag bullshit about me not wanting a discussion. I've tried numerous times, and all you do is shuck and jive and bob and weave and whatever else you have to do to avoid actually having a conversation.

All we can confidently say we've learned here is that you apparently have an insurmountable porn problem...

Hey guys, after 267 posts, not one of you 'separation of church and state' people can tell us what the secular position on abortion is as axed in the OP.

And this fact, tells you separation of church and state is a fantasy. It's impossible.

Checkmate.

Thomas Jefferson’s Letter to the Danbury Baptist Association

To messers. Nehemiah Dodge, Ephraim Robbins, & Stephen S. Nelson, a committee of the Danbury Baptist association in the state of Connecticut.

Gentlemen

The affectionate sentiments of esteem and approbation which you are so good as to express towards me, on behalf of the Danbury Baptist association, give me the highest satisfaction. My duties dictate a faithful and zealous pursuit of the interests of my constituents, & in proportion as they are persuaded of my fidelity to those duties, the discharge of them becomes more and more pleasing.

Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should ʺmake no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,ʺ thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.

I reciprocate your kind prayers for the protection & blessing of the common father and creator of man, and tender you for yourselves & your religious association, assurances of my high respect & esteem.

Jefferson was wrong, unfortunately. He was wrong about a lot of things, actually, such as his decision to have sex with his housekeeper. Plus, the guy didn't pay his bills.

Not as much as the unaffiliated, so try again.

Has US legislative treatment of Christianity gotten more favorable in the past 50 years or less favorable?

You have the same rights as all Americans. What's your problem?

Jefferson was wrong, unfortunately.

wrong.

He was wrong about a lot of things,

some yes. like owning people. but not about this.

actually, such as his decision to have sex with his housekeeper.

he's not the first - nor the last. we could bring up many MANY 'american' leaders who have done worse.

No, I don't have the same rights as the gays, the blacks, leftist rioters, leftist politicians. All demand and get rights unavailable to most.

wrong.

Is this supposed to be an endorsement of Jefferson's genius? That he was just like every other immoral irresponsible politician?

Answered with another question in post 233. Pay attention.

I'll answer again. What happens to people who peddle porn where they're not allowed to?

It's pretty fuckin' clear you have some sick obsession with porn.

What aren't you telling us?
