Unless you are talking about another Russian genocide against the Ukrainian people, killing 20 or thirty million of them, there are no targets in for Russia's nukes that will change the course of this war, and the Ukrainians are clearly not intimidated by Putin's idiotic nuclear threats.

If there is a choice - "to genocide Ukrainians (or Poles, Germans, Americans, whoever else)" or "to allow Ukrainians (or anybody else) genocide the Russians" - the choice is clear.
Second - there are plenty of targets for nuclear weapon in Ukraine.
Third - usage of nuclear weapon means status of at least "regional war", which means, that they will attack not only targets in Ukraine, but in Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Germany, as well.
