Below is a paragraph from Reuters about a situation in Whitefish, MT, the hometown of white nationalist Richard Spencer's parents. Spencer's mother owns a building downtown and a local Jewish real estate agent with other area Jews have held multiple protests in front of the building in an attempt to force the mother to sell the building. They are also demanding the mother denounce her son (she has already publicly denounced his political views). The second paragraph is a slight rewrite by me.
Since no fewer than five Reuters reporters and/or editors were used to produce this piece of Jews news, we can be sure that every word was a considered one.

The second paragraph more closely adheres to the reality of the situation, while the first paragraph leaves a reader with a very different sense of the situation. Neither is "fake", which makes the misleading paragraph all the more subversive.
